Returns & Exchanges

At Coco & Lola, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you change your mind, we offer returns for store credit or exchange on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are in their original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a return.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized post office location.

• 4.
  Processing and Credit

  Once our quality control team receives and inspects your return, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange within 3-5 business days.
